Product Description
A multi-layer electrochromic coating inside the glass alters light transmission whenever a small DC voltage is applied. The pane tints gradually at 1-5V, and removing the voltage leaves the tint in place - which is why these units draw electricity only at the moment of switching.
As a daylighting solution this is highly practical: glare and privacy are managed instantly without blinds, solar heat gain during peak hours drops, and the glass returns to clear at night to preserve interior brightness. Common configurations include 6+6mm laminated panels or insulated glass units.

Coating & Lamination Lines
Electrochromic coatings are deposited on selected glass substrates and laminated with PVB or SGP interlayers. Electrical busbars and connectors are fitted in a dust-controlled environment, and each unit undergoes switching and uniformity tests.
Export-Ready Protective Packaging
Smart glass units are individually protected and packed in seaworthy plywood crates with corner protection and anti-moisture materials, with clear handling labels for the electronic components.
