Product Description
High-temperature chemical vapor deposition (CVD) is the core of TCO glass production: while the float process is running, a layer of transparent conductive oxide is deposited on the surface of high-quality clear or low-iron glass, so that transmittance, sheet resistance and haze reach a perfect balance. The film is chemically bonded to the glass and remains stable through cutting, tempering and further processing.
AUGTON GLASS on-line TCO glass delivers high transmission (≥80%), stable and prominent adjustable haze that increases the sunlight absorption of thin-film solar cells, and Hall mobility 20% higher than comparable international products. Square resistance is low and adjustable to customer requirements, with clear and low-iron varieties covering different amorphous silicon thin-film cell structures.
AUGTON GLASS deposits the TCO coating during its own float production and exports the glass direct, tuning square resistance and haze to each customer's requirements.

TCO Glass is available in 3.2mm – 4mm. Jumbo sizes up to 3.66m x 12m are possible, and custom cutting to your drawings is supported.

Forklift loading and container stuffing are available for bulk orders.

Our TCO glass is coated on-line by high-temperature CVD during the float process, where the transparent conductive oxide film is chemically bonded to the glass surface. On-line defect inspection devices guarantee consistent film quality, keeping transmittance, haze and sheet resistance stable across every batch.
Standard Export Wooden Crate Packaging
All glass sheets are separated by anti-scratch PE film, then packed into ISPM15 heat-treated solid wooden crates. We use rainproof plastic wrapping and reinforced steel strapping to fix the stacks firmly, effectively avoiding breakage during long-distance sea and land transportation. Forklift loading and container stuffing are available for bulk orders.
