Screen printed glass is the usual starting point for appliance glass. With rolled printed glass, a roller printing machine transfers enamels across the whole glass surface, and tempering after printing fuses the ceramic paint permanently into the glass.

Roller & Silk-Screen Printing Lines
Enamel is applied by roller printing machine for full-surface coverage or by silk-screen for individual graphics, then the glass is tempered so the ceramic paint sinters permanently into the surface - resistant to abrasion, cleaning agents and heat.
Export-Ready Protective Packaging
Finished panels are packed with EPE foam interleaving in seaworthy plywood crates or cartons with corner protection, tailored to appliance industry logistics and just-in-time delivery requirements.
