Product Description
Every mirror is made of glass, and broken falling glass can easily cause injury. Safety mirror answers the problem: an adhesive PE protective film applied to the backside keeps the fragments together in the event of breakage.
Two grades of vinyl backing are offered - smooth vinyl back, known as CAT I backing mirror, and woven vinyl back, or CAT II backing mirror. Wherever mirrors serve doors, wardrobes or children's rooms, safety film is a strict requirement, and it is supplied as standard.

Safety Mirror Lamination Line
Our safety mirror is produced by laminating certified adhesive PE / vinyl film to the back of finished mirror sheets under controlled temperature and pressure. Adhesion and fragment-retention tests are run on every batch, ensuring the film performs when it matters.
Standard Export Packaging
Safety mirrors are separated by protective interlayers, corner-protected and packed into seaworthy wooden crates or cartons with moisture-barrier wrapping. Custom sizes and edge finishes are packed to order with tailored container loading plans.
