About Us
15 years — a glass processing & warehousing trade factory: deep processing, ready stock, worldwide export.
AUGTON GLASS is a glass processing and warehousing-driven trading factory. For 15 years we have combined deep processing — tempering, laminating, insulating glass, mirrors and decorative glass — with a large ready-stock warehouse, so importers, distributors and contractors get factory-direct prices with the delivery speed of a stocking distributor.
Production
Our 60,000 m² facility pairs dedicated processing lines — float cutting, tempering, laminating, insulating glass and mirror production — with a large on-site warehouse. Core equipment comes from Tamglass, Lisec, Bystronic and Bottero, the same class used by Europe's leading processors, while the warehouse keeps common thicknesses and sizes ready for immediate processing and dispatch.

Dedicated Production Lines
Separate lines for tempering, laminating, IGU and mirrors — each with automated control and continuous process monitoring.
Equipment That Holds Tolerances
Premium cutting, edging, tempering and coating machines keep every sheet within specification, batch after batch.
Capacity That Protects Schedules
Annual output of 720,000 m² keeps large orders on schedule — including peak season.
Quality Testing
Every order passes three quality gates: incoming glass inspection, in-process checks and pre-shipment testing. Our QC team works to international standards and keeps full batch records — so any question can be answered with data, not assurances.

Raw Material Inspection
Incoming float glass is verified for optical quality, flatness, dimensions and thickness before it enters production.
In-Process Inspection
Cutting, tempering, laminating and coating are monitored in real time, catching deviations early — not at packing.
Final Testing
Pre-shipment: dimensional checks, optical inspection, heat-soak testing and packing review against your order sheet.
Certifications
Certified for the European, American, Middle East and Asia-Pacific markets. Certificates are available on request — ready for market entry, project tenders and customs clearance.

European Standards
CE marking, EN 12150 (tempered), EN 12543 (laminated), EN 1279 (IGU), BS 6206 and UKCA for EU and UK projects.
American & Oceanic Standards
SGCC, IGCC, ANSI Z97.1 and AS/NZS 2208 — covering US and Australia/New Zealand requirements.
Management Systems
ISO 9001 quality management, RoHS-compliant mirror coatings and CE conformity for building products.
Delivery & Export

Seaworthy crates and steel A-frames, professional container loading, complete export documents, and one dedicated sales representative who owns your order from scheduling to vessel departure. Now shipping to more than 80 countries.
