Solution Overview

Unlike stickers and films, ceramic inks are fused into the glass during tempering, so the image can never peel or fade — even behind hot hobs, in direct sun or under daily cleaning. We print up to 1440 dpi with a wide color gamut, and can run a full repeat over several panels so an image flows across an entire wall without visible joins.

Popular uses include brand walls with logos printed on low-iron glass, photographic backsplashes, printed shower enclosures that turn a bathroom into art, and spandrel panels printed opaque to hide slab edges. Send us your file — we proof colors on the actual glass type before running production.

Ceramic frit is screened onto the glass before tempering and fuses into the surface in the furnace, so the print is as permanent as the glass itself — it cannot scratch off, fade in sun or be damaged by cleaning. Compared with digital printing, screening is unbeatable for repeating motifs: razor-sharp edges, absolute color consistency and low cost at volume.

Classic applications include dot and line patterns that give balustrades and partitions partial privacy while keeping transparency, full-cover opaque prints that turn vision glass into spandrels, and corporate colors repeated across an entire facade. Standard patterns ship fast; custom artwork needs only a screen to be made once.
