From jumbo float sheets to finished, certified glass - every key process is handled in-house on modern production lines.

Automatic cutting lines and CNC centres cut jumbo sheets down to any rectangular or shaped outline, with clean and chip-free edges.

Flat, pencil, bevelled, OG and polished edges. Straight-line and double-edger machines cover thicknesses from 2 mm to 25 mm.

CNC drills and waterjet cutters produce holes, notches, hinge recesses and socket cut-outs strictly to drawing, with countersinks and polished hole walls on request.

Horizontal and continuous furnaces temper glass to 4–5 times the strength of annealed glass, so it breaks into small blunt fragments instead of sharp shards.

Heat-strengthened glass roughly doubles annealed strength while keeping a larger, safer break pattern. Heat soak testing removes the NiS inclusion risk in tempered glass.

Autoclave lines bond two or more plies with PVB, SGP or EVA interlayers for safety glazing, security, acoustic damping and UV blocking.

Fully automatic lines build double and triple glazed units with warm-edge spacers, argon filling and dual sealing for long-term U-value performance.

Electric bending furnaces form single-curvature and complex shapes for facades, balustrades, shower enclosures and furniture, with matching tempering available.

Ceramic frit screen printing, UV digital printing, sandblasting and acid etching deliver privacy gradients, logos, patterns and anti-slip finishes.

In-house silvering lines, copper-free mirror lines and magnetron sputtering coaters produce mirrors, low-emissivity and solar-control glass in bulk volumes.
