Product Description
As a safety glass, laminated glass is created by placing one or more PVB interlayers between two or more sheets of glass and bonding them under heat and pressure. Breakage does not scatter glass: fragments stay attached to the interlayer rather than falling.
Injury, noise, vandalism and burglary are all guarded against, and most UV rays are blocked. PVB thickness is supplied in multiples of 0.38mm, glass thicknesses range from 2mm to 19mm, colors include clear, milk white, green, blue, bronze, grey and others, and jumbo sizes reach 3660x18000mm.

Optical Performance Parameters
PVB interlayer thickness available in multiples of 0.38mm (0.38 / 0.76 / 1.14 / 1.52mm). Laminated make-ups can combine annealed, heat strengthened or tempered glass with clear, colored or acoustic PVB. Maximum jumbo size 3660x18000mm.

Production Line & Export Packaging
Advanced Automatic Production Workshop
Our laminated glass is produced on full-set automated pre-lamination lines and autoclaves. Glass washing, PVB laying and pre-pressing are done in a clean room environment, and the autoclave cycle is digitally controlled to guarantee bubble-free, optically clear lamination.
Standard Export Wooden Crate Packaging
Laminated glass sheets are separated by anti-scratch film and soft interlayers, then packed into ISPM15 heat-treated solid wooden crates with rainproof plastic wrapping and reinforced steel strapping. Custom loading plans suit jumbo sizes.
