Product Description
The production of clear float glass begins with premium quartz sand, natural mineral ores and refined chemical raw materials, batched in precise proportions and melted under ultra-high temperature. The molten glass then flows continuously into a tin bath, where gravity and surface tension let it spread naturally over the liquid tin, forming perfectly even sheets with mirror-smooth surfaces.
The finished base glass combines uniform flatness, outstanding optical performance, stable chemical properties and reliable mechanical strength. Its strong resistance to acid, alkali and atmospheric corrosion translates into a long service life for both indoor and outdoor projects.

How is the glass packed for export shipping?
All glass sheets are separated by anti-scratch PE film, then packed into ISPM15 heat-treated solid wooden crates. We use rainproof plastic wrapping and reinforced steel strapping to fix the stacks firmly, effectively avoiding breakage during long-distance sea and land transportation. Forklift loading and container stuffing are available for bulk orders.

Advanced Automatic Production Workshop
We own full set automated float glass production lines, equipped with melting furnaces, tin bath forming equipment, annealing rollers, CNC cutting machines and online defect inspection devices. The whole production process is fully automated to guarantee consistent glass flatness and stable quality of each batch.
Standard Export Wooden Crate Packaging
All glass sheets are separated by anti-scratch PE film, then packed into ISPM15 heat-treated solid wooden crates.
