Molten glass is pressed into two hollow halves and fused together in a continuous annealing lehr, forming a sealed cavity with even wall thickness. Computer-controlled temperature profiles ensure consistent dimensions and strength across every batch.
Stacked Carton Export Packaging
Glass blocks are stacked with interlayer paper and shipped in strong export cartons with corner protection. Palletized loading with stretch film protects the blocks during ocean freight and handling.
