Multiple film layers applied by vacuum magnetron sputtering to premium low-iron float glass give temperable mirror its ideal visible light reflectivity. Rich colors and a luxurious appearance allow it to work as both a functional mirror and a decorative element.
Ordinary mirror coatings would not survive a tempering furnace, yet this film does - so tempering, heat strengthening and even bending tempering are all possible after coating, and the finished safety mirror keeps its brilliant reflection while meeting safety glazing requirements. It can also serve as a one-way mirror for observation rooms and privacy partitions.

How is the glass packed for export shipping?
Sheets are sealed with plastic film for shading and moisture protection, packed in seaworthy wooden crates on A-frames with soft interlayer. The coated side faces inward for protection during unboxing and cutting, with arrow marks on every box.

Vacuum Magnetron Sputtering Line
Our temperable mirror is coated on a vacuum magnetron sputtering line with multi-layer film deposition on low-iron float glass. The coating is engineered to survive tempering furnaces, and every batch is tested for reflectivity, adhesion and heat resistance before release.
Standard Export Wooden Crate Packaging
Sheets are sealed with plastic film for shading and moisture protection, packed in seaworthy wooden crates on A-frames with soft interlayer. The coated side faces inward for protection during unboxing and cutting, with arrow marks on every box.
