Product Description
Curved glass, sometimes called bent glass, starts with glass heated to its softening point and bent over a custom mold; annealing or tempering then fixes the required curvature. Our range covers hot curved glass, curved tempered and heat strengthened glass, and multi-curved glass with tight radii.
Thickness capabilities differ by type: hot curved glass runs 3-22mm with a 350mm minimum radius; curved tempered and heat-strengthened glass runs 5-22mm and reaches a 900mm radius in smaller sizes; multi-curved glass spans 5-19mm for double-curved architectural shapes. Jumbo bent panels are made up to 3660x16000mm.

Advanced Automatic Production Workshop
Our curved glass is produced on full-set hot bending furnaces, vertical curved tempering lines and CNC mold workshops. Every project gets a dedicated mold; digital curvature inspection verifies radius tolerance before delivery, ensuring accurate fitting on site.
Standard Export Wooden Crate Packaging
Curved glass panels are packed into custom-shaped ISPM15 heat-treated wooden crates with molded foam supports matching each curvature, plus rainproof plastic wrapping and steel strapping. Special A-frame racks are used for jumbo bent panels.
