Product Description
During the forming process, a special laying device inserts a metal wire mesh into the glass, creating a "reinforced concrete" type of safe, decorative flat glass. Even when broken, the fragments stay connected by the mesh and will not fall down.
Classified as a national standard C Type II Grade fireproof material, wired glass works as an efficient fire barrier: the wire mesh holds fragments in place during a fire, preventing flames from spreading through openings. It also offers ideal shockproof safety and carries hazy decorative patterns in clear, low iron, bronze, grey, blue, green and amber tints.

Our wired glass is produced on full-set automated rolled lines with a special wire-mesh laying device that feeds the mesh evenly into the molten glass. Online inspection systems verify mesh alignment and glass integrity to guarantee consistent fireproof performance.
Standard Export Wooden Crate Packaging
Wired glass sheets are separated by anti-scratch paper interlayers, then packed into ISPM15 heat-treated solid wooden crates with rainproof plastic wrapping and reinforced steel strapping. Vertical storage and careful cushioning protect the wire-mesh edges during transportation.
