Product Description
Depositing a silver coating plus protective paint layers onto high-quality float glass yields this high-reflectance mirror. High solar reflectance, tight flatness and durable outdoor protection together make it the key optical component of concentrated solar power systems.
Delivery is possible in flat form or bent into the curved profiles that parabolic trough collectors and dish concentrators demand. The protective backing layers resist humidity, UV exposure and temperature cycling through years of outdoor service.
Solar mirror glass from AUGTON GLASS is cut and bent to project specifications; we support CSP projects and solar thermal installations worldwide with custom dimensions and consistent coating quality.

Production Line & Export Packaging
Silver Coating & Precision Bending
Silver layers are deposited on selected low-iron float glass, followed by copper-free protective paint layers for long-term outdoor durability. Panels are then cut, edge-finished and, where required, hot-bent into precise curved shapes.
