Product Description
A new, more environmentally friendly industrial process that excludes both copper and lead is used to manufacture copper-free mirror. Silver is deposited as a layer on the glass, after which the surface is treated and covered with highly resistant protective paint in one or more coats.
The new process cuts polluting waste during manufacture, ammonia in particular, and leaves a finished mirror that is much easier to recycle. Durability and erosion resistance are significantly enhanced by imported lead-free back paint, while superior optical quality and a faithful, true-to-life reflection are maintained.

Our copper-free mirror is produced on modern horizontal coating lines without copper deposition and with lead-free protective paint. Online optical inspection controls film uniformity, while the process reduces ammonia-containing waste and makes the mirror easier to recycle at end of life.
