Unitized curtain wall systems are fully assembled and glazed in our factory, then shipped to site and lifted directly into place floor by floor. Factory assembly delivers superior quality control, dramatically faster installation and excellent airtightness — the preferred glazing solution for high-rise towers and large commercial projects with tight schedules.
Solution Overview
Each unitized panel is composed of a vision zone and spandrel zone, glazed with insulated Low-E units, laminated or tempered safety glass, and sealed with weather-tight gaskets before leaving the factory. Panels connect to the building through interlocking male-female joints with a stepped pressure-equalization chamber and an internal drainage system that resists rain penetration and air infiltration — even under driving wind loads at high altitude.
Because up to 90% of the work is completed indoors, on-site labor, scaffolding time and weather risk are all minimized. Installation can proceed floor by floor in parallel with the main structure, shortening the overall construction program.
