Solution Overview
Acoustic performance comes from mass, decoupling and damping: we combine panes of different thickness (e.g. 6 mm + 10 mm) to avoid resonance, laminate one pane with a soft acoustic PVB that converts vibration into heat, and use wide asymmetric cavities — sometimes with a third pane — for the deepest attenuation. Laboratory-tested configurations reach Rw 45 dB and beyond.
