Stick curtain wall is built piece by piece on site: vertical mullions are anchored to the floor slabs, horizontal transoms lock into them, and glazed panels are fitted into the grid. This flexible, time-proven system suits mid-rise commercial buildings, shopping centers and projects where façade design evolves during construction.

Solution Overview

Stick systems allow smaller production batches, easier on-site adjustments and lower initial tooling cost than unitized systems. Mullions and transoms are usually extruded aluminum with thermal breaks; glass is set with structural gaskets and silicone for reliable weather performance. The grid can be adapted late in the project to accommodate entrances, vents and louvers without remaking entire panels.

AUGTON GLASS supplies the complete glass package for stick curtain walls — tempered, laminated, Low-E and insulated units with CE / SGCC certified processing — plus notching, drilling and edge work to the façade contractor's shop drawings. Delivery is sequenced floor by floor to match the site installation program.
