Padel Court Glass
QR
Padel court glass is part of the playing surface, not just an enclosure. We supply 10mm and 12mm clear tempered safety glass panels to approved court drawings - countersunk fixing holes, flat polished edges and finished corner radii, all processed before tempering. Reference sizes 1995 x 2995mm and 1995 x 1995mm suit standard, semi-panoramic and panoramic court systems, extra-clear low-iron glass is available for premium visibility, and made-to-drawing replacement panels ship worldwide.
Solution Overview
In a padel court the glass is more than an enclosure - it is part of the playing surface. Ball rebound, player safety and spectator visibility all depend on panel quality. We use 10mm or 12mm clear tempered safety glass as standard: about five times stronger than annealed glass, and engineered to break into small, blunt fragments instead of sharp shards. Because a tempered panel cannot be cut or drilled afterwards, every dimension is checked against your court drawing first, and all cutting, drilling, countersinking, edge polishing and corner finishing are completed before thermal toughening.
Different court systems use different panel dimensions and hole patterns. We manufacture to your approved drawing - standard framed courts, semi-panoramic and panoramic systems, plus made-to-measure replacement panels for existing courts. For premium projects, extra-clear low-iron glass removes the green tint of standard clear glass for better visual neutrality, and optional heat-soak testing further reduces the already low risk of spontaneous breakage. Panels are packed in project-marked plywood crates so multi-court programs can be unloaded and installed court by court.
